Components:
Logging Transactions
The most obvious difference between traditional
and online transactions
is the absence of paper.
The lack of a physical paper trail makes the transaction logging
all that more important. A proper database design and transaction
retrieval architecture ensure that all transactions are promptly
and accurately retrieved and then entered into the system. The capability
to review, track and modify transactions are also designed so that
post processing does not lose or misinterpret online orders.
